Collection: TREE OF LIFE COLLECTION

One of the many magical sunsets captured in outback Queensland whilst on the Daintree to the Desert tour.

After a long day driving through stifling heat, we pulled the caravan up for the night into a simple roadside overnighter, just off the Matilda Hwy somewhere between Blackall and nowhere. 

A drought stricken dustbowl devoid of life, other than a few Mulgas clinging to life.

As the sun sank slowly in the west I set my cameras up towards the horizon focused on the character of a dead solitary tree, in the centre of this unlikely oasis.
